David Kaminski is a marketing and commercial growth leader with more than 15 years of experience shaping go‑to‑market strategy, vertical market development, and integrated marketing execution across industrial, automotive, and emerging technology sectors. Known for building high‑impact programs that connect market insight, product strategy, and sales execution, David has led growth initiatives across Automotive, EV Infrastructure, Food & Beverage, Water/Wastewater, Chemical & Petrochemical, Industrial OEMs, and other complex technical markets.
 

Throughout his career, David has developed and executed vertical strategies that uncover new revenue streams, strengthen distributor and OEM engagement, and accelerate adoption of advanced industrial solutions. His work spans concept‑to‑commercialization, sales enablement, product positioning, competitive intelligence, and cross‑functional orchestration with Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Digital, and Supply Chain teams. He has managed large P&Ls, built multimillion‑dollar pipelines, and delivered award‑winning digital and marketing programs recognized across the industry.

David is also known for his ability to translate customer, channel, and market insights into clear, differentiated value propositions and actionable growth plans. His leadership style blends analytical rigor, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach that aligns teams around shared goals and measurable outcomes.

Outside of work, David is grounded by the things he loves most: spending time gardening with his wife Trista; listening to a lot of music and going to live shows—especially SKA, punk rock and reggae shows; enjoying water sports—including fishing, kayak fishing, stand‑up paddleboarding, surfing and volunteering with the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation; and cooking, especially perfecting his specialty: BBQ and loves cooking big holiday meals with family and friends. At home, he and Trista devote plenty of attention to their rescue pitbull, Tobin, who is unapologetically spoiled rotten.

David is a B.A. graduate of the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio.
